- The warranty can only be used at the original location of purchase with the presentation of the original receipt or invoice.
- CASTRO’s mounted components are guaranteed against manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of 2 years.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear on items such as brakes, bearings, tires, brake pads, grips, transmissions, etc.
- The warranty does not include cleaning or adjustments. It does not include, scratches, small corrosions, discoloration, deformations, or any damage due to negligent maintenance.
- The warranty does not apply to breakage or defects derived from the misuse of the bicycle which includes races, cross, acrobatic jumps, or other similar activities.
- In the instance of an accident, the warranty automatically becomes completely void.
- All claims must be directed to the distributor or dealer where the purchase was made.
