CASTRO bicycles was created out of a desire to inspire city-dwellers to get out on their bikes and ride. Our passion for bicycles motivated us to create an alternative to what is currently on the market with a focus on local production, quality materials, and design.

We’re a team of architects and engineers committed to creating sustainable movement for urban dwellers.

Born from our own need to move around easily in the city – we wanted to build a bicycle that meets the demanding lifestyle of urbanites. We imagined a bike that was not only beautiful, but was adaptable to a variety of people with different riding styles. It would be quick and easy to store, and the kind of bike you could just pick up and ride – from home to work, school to market, cafe to beach.

We source all of our parts from the best brands in the world.

In order to control the process, and offer the highest quality possible, bicycles are designed, manufactured, and assembled in Barcelona.

Guarantee

CASTROBIKES guarantees against material and manufacturing defects on all of their bicycle frames and rigid forks for a period of 5 years.

The warranty can only be used at the original location of purchase with the presentation of the original receipt or invoice.

CASTRO’s mounted components are guaranteed against manufacturing or assembly defects for a period of 2 years.

The warranty does not cover normal wear on items such as brakes, bearings, tires, brake pads, grips, transmissions, etc.

The warranty does not include cleaning or adjustments. It does not include, scratches, small corrosions, discoloration, deformations, or any damage due to negligent maintenance.

The warranty does not apply to breakage or defects derived from the misuse of the bicycle which includes races, cross, acrobatic jumps, or other similar activities.

In the instance of an accident, the warranty automatically becomes completely void.

All claims must be directed to the distributor or dealer where the purchase was made.
